Place a knife 1/2” away from the stick and slice the apple top to bottom. Repeat the same motion on the other side of the apple. Finally, cut the remaining two sides away from the stick. Cut these four pieces as you desire. The apple should yield eight to ten servings. To prevent browning, spread lemon juice on the apple slices.
