We start by dipping the apple in our kettle made caramel, which then gets a dip in our white Belgian chocolate. This white chocolate caramel apple then gets a few finishing touches like a marshmallow for the head, licorice for the scarf, Belgian chocolate buttons and a happy smiley face.
